Regulatory agencies are continuously revising industry requirements. Our Compliance Consultants stay informed on how regulations impact our clients and update their files accordingly. We can customize a range of procedures and programs to help you conduct day-to-day operations safely, while meeting the requirements of regulatory agencies such as OSHA, EPA, FDA, DOT and Homeland Security. Procedures and programs can include, but are not limited to:

Our simple-to-understand materials and courses are easily accessed on the training page. In addition, our Compliance Consultants are available to conduct customized classroom training sessions for your employee group. We encourage our clients to take advantage of these free training opportunities.

Regulatory agencies routinely conduct scheduled and unannounced audits. Our Compliance Consultants are experienced with the types of requests made during these inspections. We help our clients prepare for the scheduled visits and make every effort to be on-site when inspectors arrive without warning. Our assistance does not end at the completion of the audit. We guide our clients through the abatement process, attend informal conferences to discuss the audit findings and work with agencies to reduce any penalties incurred.
